No two Indigo menus are alike. Every cocktail (with optional food pairings) is tailored to your moment, rooted in season, mood, and magic. Each is accompanied by a harmonious bite and served in just the right glass for a complete feast of the senses.

Here are some examples of recent menus.

Fleurs Sauvages (Wildflowers): a trio of original cocktails crafted to wander off the beaten path, inspired by the fleeting blooms of spring. Violet, rose, and elderflower take center stage complimented by botanicals, citrus, and a touch of sparkle.

The cocktails were served in vintage coupe, cordial, and old fashioned glasses respectively to complete the aesthetic of each.

Black Label: a flight of original cocktails exploring the darker side —rich, herbal, and mysterious. Blackberry, fig, black lime, and alpine botanicals take the lead, deepened by smoke, citrus, and bitter aromatics.

Each cocktail was paired with an equally decadent bite and served in moody vintage glassware—crystal coupes, etched cordials,, and smoky rocks glasses.
